Scholarship Application Information
APPLY from June 25 (KST)
· Complete and submit the online application from the [Apply] menu
RECOMMENDATION by 5pm on July 16 (KST)
Submission of Attending church pastor recommendation and OMC member recommendation (regardless of the church they belong to)
· Applicants enters the information of the recommender in the application system, prints the recommendation form, and delivers it to the recommender
· The recommender writes the recommendation in his/her own handwriting on the recommendation form he/she received from applicants and delivers it to applicants
· Applicants uploads recommendation to scholarship application page
· The list of OMC members who can write recommendations can be found in the scholarship application system
· Recommendants may be contacted during the scholarship committee review process
EDIT by 5pm on July 16 (KST)
· Applications edits can be made during the application period from the [Edit] menu
· Please click on the file to check if the submitted document has been uploaded properly
· Incomplete documents will result in penalty points, so please submit all necessary documents
FINAL SUBMISSION by 5pm, July 16 (KST)
· Once edits are complete, please turn in your application by the deadline by clicking the [Final Submission] button
· If you do not click [Final Submission], the application for scholarship will be considered canceled

· Submission Complete : means the application has been submitted (the applicant can be considered for the scholarship)

Required Documents
Submission documents must be prepared in one of two languages, KOREAN and ENGLISH, and a translation must be attached in other languages.
If you do not submit the documents accurately, you will not be selected as a scholarship student, so I recommend you to check the instructions carefully.
1 Complete school transcript by the first half of this year

Seletion Criteria
Based on the submitted documents and recommendations, we will select them according to the criteria below.
Summit scholarship students are selected within 5% of the total number of selected students, so even if they apply for the Summit Scholarship category, they can be selected as general scholarship students.

· OMC scholarship recipients must complete a PAYMENT APPLICATION for the scholarship award TWICE a year at iomc.kr in order to receive the payment.
· General Scholarship - Fall 2024 (2024. 8), Spring 2025 (2025. 1)
· Summit Scholarship - Fall 2024 (2024. 8), Spring 2025 (2025. 1), Fall 2025 (2025. 8), Spring 2026 (2026. 1)
· Award will not be paid for the semester for leave of absence/graduation
· If you take a leave of absence or decide not to continue with your education, you must refund your scholarship payment to the OMC office

OMC Member Recommendation
OMC members can recommend three scholarship students for Honorary Directors and Full Members, two scholarship students for Associate Members, and one scholarship student for Sponsoring members, regardless of the church they belong to. (Member type base date May 31, 2024)
· Honorary Director : Scholarship Sponsors with a total of more than 100 million won
· Full Member : Scholarship Sponsors with a total of more than 5 million won
· Associate Member : Scholarship Sponsors with a total of more than 1 million won
· Sponsor Member : Scholarship sponsor of more than 100,000 won a year (June 2023 to May 2024)

· If the applicant has not found an OMC member to request a recommendation letter, please contact the OMC office by email (omc@iomc.kr)
· In this case, please complete all applications except the recommendation letter so that we can know the applicant's academic, training, and vision
